Shipping

We offer $13 flat rate for standard ground shipping to the US for each order and $120 flat rate shipping to the rest of the world. Orders take up to 14 business days to process plus shipping time. Our jeans are shipped from Toledo, Ohio so please allow for standard ground shipping transit times. You will be emailed a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer returns or refunds on orders. However, exchanges and store credit are the available options within 14 days of delivery. We can exchange the product or give store credit when we receive the RJP product that is being sent back. If you would like to make an exchange please email support@rialtojeanproject.com for details on how to complete your exchange.
